Q: What services does your pet-sitting business provide?

A: We offer overnight pet sitting, drop-in pet care, hotel pet sitting, and wedding pet coordinator services for the couple that wants to involve their furry loved ones in their wedding plans. 

Q: What is hotel pet sitting?

A: Our hotel pet sitting service is designed for travelers with pets who need trusted, reliable care. Whether you're attending a business meeting, event, or exploring the city, our professional pet sitters come to your hotel room to keep your pet comfortable and happy in familiar surroundings. Available by the hour, our service ensures your furry companion receives personalized care while you’re away, allowing you to travel worry-free.

Q: What areas do you serve?

A: For pet sitting we primarily serve the Greater Seattle Area, Bellevue, Renton & Burien. For specific areas and any exceptions, please contact us directly. 

For weddings & wedding pet coordinator services we are willing to travel and currently have no limit (Mileage fees & travel fees may apply).

We offer hotel pet sitting in the Greater Seattle area, Renton and Bellevue areas. Please inquire about other surrounding areas.

Q: Are you licensed and insured?

A: Yes, Posh Pet Sitter is fully licensed and insured. We take the responsibility of caring for your pets very seriously.

Q: Do you offer overnight pet sitting services?

A: Yes, we offer overnight pet sitting services in the comfort of your home for clients who need their pets and home looked after while they are away.

Q: How do I book your services?

A: You can book our services for general pet care or hotel pet sitting by reaching out via phone call or text at 425.310.5281, emailing us at hello@poshpetsitter.com, or by filling out the booking form on our website. Let us know what service you need, your dates & times of service, type of pets, how many and we will check availability. We will then setup a consultation and chance to meet over the phone/video call or setup a meet and greet and then send you an invoice and agreement for discussed services for you to secure your date.

For wedding services, after your consultation we will send you a proposal and agreement. We require a signed agreement and a 50% non-refundable retainer fee to secure your date.

Q: What kind of pets do you care for?

A: We care for dogs and cats. Other domestic pets are on a case-by-case basis.

Q: Do you offer a meet and greet?

A: Absolutely! We encourage a meet-and-greet session before or after booking to ensure a good fit between your pet and their sitter. This can be arranged at your convenience.

Q: How far in advance do we need to book your services?

A: We recommend booking as early as possible to ensure availability, especially during peak periods like holidays, school breaks & summer time. We can often accommodate last-minute requests, but we cannot guarantee availability.

Safety and Care

Q: Can you administer medication to my pet?

A: Yes, our pet sitters can administer oral and topical medications as per your instructions. Please provide detailed information and instructions regarding your pet’s medication during the booking process. We do not do injections at this time.

Q: How do you ensure the safety of pets in your care?

A: We are certified in pet CPR & first aid and take several measures to ensure the safety of pets in our care, such as conducting meet and greets to assess temperament, following specific feeding and medication instructions, and staying in communication with pet parents.

Weddings

Q: What is a wedding pet coordinator?

A: A wedding pet coordinator is a professional who provides assistance caring for your furbaby and providing a curated plan to involve them in your wedding or event. They may help with many things such as chauffeuring the pet to the wedding venue and back, styling and dressing them, supervising the pet during the ceremony, and providing care and attention to the pet throughout the day.

Q: How do you ensure the safety and comfort of pets during weddings?

A: We take several measures to ensure the safety and comfort of pets during weddings, such as conducting a pre-wedding consultation to assess the pet's needs, preparing a schedule and plan for the pet's care throughout the day, checking the day's temperature and providing necessary supplies and equipment, such as water, potty bags.

Q: What kind of pets do you work with for wedding pet coordinator services?

A: Primarily dogs but are always open to others on a case-by-case basis.

Q: Do you offer services for other types of events?

A: Yes, we can provide coordination and care for your pet during elopements, rehearsal dinners, engagements, photo and engagement shoots, and other related events. Please let us know your needs, and we can discuss how we can assist.


Q: How can we get started & what is required to reserve my date?

A: Getting started is easy! Contact us through our website or call us directly to schedule a consultation. We'll discuss your vision, your pet's needs, and how we can help make your wedding day perfect. Then we will create a custom proposal and agreement for you to review and sign. To secure your date we require a 50% non-refundable retainer fee.
